Ternasco de Aragón – Lamb Meat
From three native breeds of sheep, (Rasa Aragonesa, Roya Bilbilitana and Ojinegra from Teruel) Ternasco is a must in our cuisine. The meat of Ternasco de Aragón PGI has a rosy appearance, due to its low percentage of fat. It has an especiallymild flavor, because the cattle is only fed with natural milk and cereals. In 1996, the Ternasco of Aragon was the first fresh meat given the PGI status, a special designation for genuine quality products given by the European.

How to Consume
The Ternasco can be cooked in a thousand ways: baked, grilled, with spices, with honey sauce, and many other recipes. Its wonderful taste can only be better with a glass of red wine Crianza and Reserva.
