From three native breeds of sheep, (Rasa Aragonesa, Roya Bilbilitana and Ojinegra from Teruel) Ternasco is a must in our cuisine. The meat of Ternasco de Aragón PGI has a rosy appearance, due to its low percentage of fat. It has an especiallymild flavor, because the cattle is only fed with natural milk and cereals.
